Job Description
The job function will based mainly on repair for all the mechanical equipments in the site for example ( AC / Elevator. etc..)
- Manage the overall activities of a multi-trade maintenance force.
- Maintain/monitor work schedules of all trades personnel.
- Ensure work order and daily time sheet documentation is completed and returned in a timely fashion.
- Establish/maintain work performance standards.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and manage materials inventory as well as general use.
- Coordinate and control special project work.
- Resolve on-site service delivery problems.
- Maintain effective ongoing customer relations.
