Job Description
Job Objective:
To troubleshoot during breakdown, Maintenance of HVAC systems and Generators, Follow preventive maintenance schedules. To help in improving the quality by supporting production.
Job Summary - Main tasks: (Please refer to Document no. If applied)
1. Command on interpretation of Electrical & PLC based systems.
2. Complete knowledge of in HVAC, Chiller controls, Compressor overhauling etc
3. Troubleshoot Electrical & Pneumatic systems,
4. Implement preventive & corrective maintenance procedures of Refrigeration compressors etc..
5. Interpret Mechanical drawings & and knowledge of Air balancing.
6. Hands on experience in Central AC using Trane, York Chillers & Package units.

Job Requirements - Technical
Minimum Requirements:
Required Academic Qualifications: Diploma in Electro- Mechanical, with HVAC specialization
Required Years of total Experience: 8 years in Industrial manufacturing environment.
Required years of experience for the Specific Job: 6 years in HVAC using PLC,
Computer skills: •General
Supervision Skills: 55%
Other Qualifications and Skills:
1. Good speaking and writing skills of English language.
2. Worked on Siemens automation systems.
3. Hands on experience in overhauling of refrigeration compressors used in air cooling.
Education
Diploma in Electro- Mechanical, with HVAC specialization
