Job Description
Responsible for assisting the Country Head in ensuring smooth operations in the division by timely reporting any issues, concerns or suggestions to him regarding operations and Fleet Utilization
Closely follow up with any operational status reports concerning any current issues relating to fleet operations
Supervise the entire process from client request generation to delivery of equipments on the site
Monitor safe operations of the leased equipments and ensure that operators are adhering to safety standards
Generate Fleet Utilization reports and check for accuracy and adherence to budgeted value
Effectively delegate work to the supervisors and make sure that the activities are adequately communicated to concerned people on a continuous basis
Interact on a daily basis with clients to ensure that daily requirements are being adequately met
Check sub-contractor work levels and performance reports on a continuous basis
Delegate duties to various supervisors, data entry and office staff when needed
Verify and maintain 100% accountability for all Equipment Leasing assets for the region
Creates and updates any reports or information as required by the Country Manager
Resolve customer problems and complaints such as, but not limited to, scheduling problems, service failures, special requests etc.
Coordinate with QHSE department to ensure the implementation of standards and guidelines
Responsible for staff development activities comprising of supporting recruitment, team development and complaint resolution
Assist the management in the fulfillment of its obligations, statutory or otherwise, concerning prevention of personal injuries
Maintain a safe working environment
Adherence to client specific QHSE policies
Adherence to all ISO and Operating Procedures as defined
Skills
sponsible for assisting the Division head in the supervision and planning of operations. The role will ensure that the structured flow of information takes place and ensures complete documentation at various levels in the Division Responsible for compliance of applicable legal, statutory, contractual or other applicable requirements
Responsible for identifying the Hazards and maintaining the Hazard and Risk analysis records
Accountable for any unsafe acts and conditions
Authorized to approve Quality, Health and Safety related records.
Responsible to present data with respect to the Objectives, targets or Key performance indicators.
