    Job Description

    PURPOSE & SCOPE:

    Manages and leads a multi-functional/multi-cultural team in delivering an economical optimal surface facilities design basis for Wafra Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) Project. Ensures best project management practices and the use of applicable Chevron tools throughout all elements of the project as outlined in the Chevron Project Development & Execution Process (CPDEP). Provides leadership in driving Operational Excellence (OE) processes throughout the execution strategy; fosters effective communication among all project and external teams and stakeholders.

    Skills

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    A) Education & Training: Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering or related Engineering discipline.

    B) Experience (General & Specialized): Twelve (12) years related experience in core facilities engineering and operations in major capital projects in the oil and gas industry.

    C) Language: Excellent spoken and written English skills

    D) Others: Capital Stewardship Organizational Capability (CSOC) Supreme and Operational Excellence (OE) certifications.

    About This Company

    Saudi Arabian Chevron (SAC) operates on behalf of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia its 50% individual interest in the petroleum resources of the 5000 square-kilometer onshore area of the Partitioned Zone (PZ) between the KSA and the State of Kuwait. SAC is located in -Al-Zour (Mina Saud) in Kuwait and is 40 KM North of Al-Khafji City. The Company works in partnership with Kuwait Gulf Oil Company (KGOC), the operator for Kuwait''s equal interest in the area, through joint operations JO located in Al-Wafra area in Kuwait. Staffed equally by SAC and KGOC personnel, explores for, develops and produces oil in the PZ. SAC independently operates a storage marine export facility at Mina Saud (Al-Zour), where its head office and residential camp are located. SAC maintains a highly capable, trained and motivated 90 Saudi national workforce; Saudis hold most of the top management positions.
