    Job Description

    On behalf of our client, a lifestyle management group, we are seeking to recruit a Managing Director- Concierge Division to be based in Dubai. This position will report to the Global CEO. A managerial role overseeing the Dubai operations sales, public relations, marketing, finance, HR and service delivery. Responsible for the strategic business and brand growth of the company in UAE as well as devising tools, relationships and campaigns to ensure consistent service excellence.Main duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to Key representative of the company in Dubai including networking, event attendance and business association leadership Spearheading strategic growth activity Act as a support sales person for business development initiatives to ensure individual, corporate and renewal revenue targets are achieved Drive corporate collaboration activity - proposal, execution, own key relationships Strengthening strategic brand associations - locally and internationally Protection of the company's brand Personnel performance management Manage Q Dubai PandL and control costs Signatory for financial and company forms Auditing service standards and ensure global SLAs are met Collation of annual Sales and Marketing plan Orchestrating tactical brand building opportunities Complaint handling Dubai spokesperson in strategic business and consumer media Monitoring book keeping - including legalities, auditing and insurance Keeping abreast of relevant legislation - HR, data security, licensing, auditing Support relevant philanthropic opportunities Work in an advisory capacity to establish monitoring systems, service standard measurement and accountability Collate monthly and regional reports for Head Office Develop enhanced induction and training programs

    Requirements 6 years Sales or related Managerial experience from Luxury Retail Brand and Event Management, Travel or Automobile Industry Experience with handling senior executives, high-net worth individuals and press Local contact address book spanning key industries Good knowledge of worldwide travel destinations and luxury productsservices, specifically within UAE Experience with strategic planning Excellent written and oral communication - fluent English a MUST Strong interpersonal skills and a 'Can-Do' attitude - ready to get involved at all times, but uses discretion and sensitivity at all times Creative problem solving and top notch organizational skills with attention to detail Proactive and reactive simultaneously - confident, reliable, shows initiative Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
