Job Description
Primary Purpose of the Jb:
Participates in the development and implementation of manpower plans and manpower control throughout the corporation. Provides information and advises to ensure the corporation employs the right person in the right job at the right time and at the right cost. Collaborates with counterparts from development division to ensure that jobs are available for Qataris as soon as they are ready to assume the jobs. Analyses manpower information using PRS and PC computer softwares to produce reports and recommendations for managerial decision making. Carries out studies to diagnose and recommend the necessary courses of action to remedy any problem related to the Manpower Planning function and ensures optimum utilization / cost effectiveness of manpower resources.
Skills
Education:
A university degree in Business Administration followed by courses in manpower planning and personnel management. A good command of written English is essential. Must possess an excellent grasp of latest personal computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Graphics and etc.
Experience:
Seven to eight years in various human resource functions out of which a minimum of 3 years in manpower planning.
