Marketing Executive, Mena Region

Job Description

We are looking for a highly dynamic person who has in depth understanding of online and offline marketing and factors that influence consumer conversions within the MENA region.

Job Specification
•Online and offline marketing
•Social media updates/campaigns and profile management
•Ability to confidently write, edit and proof web copy in Arabic and English including social media updates
•On-going liaison with new and existing clients to establish a long-term relationship
•Enhancing engagement; encouraging online community sign ups and website visits through creative use of content
•Understanding of all aspects of online marketing including online strategy and branding
•Excellent knowledge of digital trends, innovations and user experiences
•Excellent working knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media platforms
•Working knowledge of database marketing and PPC campaigns
•Fluent in optimisation techniques, applications and best practise
•Ability to absorb online needs from different departments, reflecting them in an online environment in a cohesive, 'on brand' way
•Analyze and report program performance; provide recommendations and results for improvement and new programs
•Propose new internet marketing strategies
•Providing cover in the absence of other members of the team

Skills

• A high standard of written and spoken English and Arabic
• Translation from English to Arabic and visa versa
• A flexible approach with a can-do attitude and the ability to communicate and influence people at all levels
•A highly analytical mind
•Comfortable manipulating and analysing large amounts of sales data
•Experience in managing small projects, exhibitions and advertising campaigns
•Advanced use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
•Prioritisation of work
•Proactive with the ability to work on own initiative
