Marketing Manager - Automotive

Job Description

The Marketing Manager is heading an European automotive brand and its marketing operations for new and used cars as well as after sales within the General Distributors Organization and for the Middle East.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the maximum market exploitation through accurate marketing activities for the brand's new cars and used cars of all makes as well as for financial services (financing, leasing, insurance) and after sales in accordance with the agreed targets by the company’s General Management. You ensure the marketing targets in the short, medium and long term through using all marketing channels in order to create new and maintain existing customer relationships as well as to create the desired brand image in the market.

You liaise regularly with the respective interfaces and customizes target oriented actions in order to ensure integrated and customer focused dealership processes. You will define the marketing strategy and targets together with the General Management, leading a team of marketing and CRM specialists and regular planning of marketing activities and executions of such plans, working closely with the sales, service and parts departments towards achieving common corporate objectives.

Skills

You need to be knowledgeable either in sales or marketing of the automotive market, with basic knowledge in the areas of automotive service and parts. Founded commercial comprehension and use of management and control instruments. Knowledgeable of modern communication and information systems, with good conceptual and visionary thinking to develop strategies and missions.
