He should have experience at least five years in :
- Fire fighting pump and a complete system of hydrant.
- Havc systems ( ducting & chilled water piping ) for towers .
- Building management systems ( BMS) .
- Direct digital control system
- To recalculate the air distribution for renovated areas as per new standards
- Supervision of electromechanical equipments installations.
Skills
- Responsible for carrying out operation and maintenance activities per the approved schedules.
Prefer nationality of ( Philippians or Indian ).
