Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a multinational company in Beirut, Lebanon, an Sales Supervisor with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, minimum of 2 years experience in this field. Good knowledge of the day-to-day operations of the sales functions and duties.
Job Description :
- Development, implementation, and monitoring of a coherent and effective business plan to deliver and exceed country sales targets within a defined budget.
- Coach, develop, directs, and oversees Sales Representative policies and activities for their areas
- Achieve budgeted sales target through development of a business vision that translates into both short and long term plans, utilizing tactical and proper field activities.
- Sell a full product line of offerings, maintain accurate customer information, and handle other related duties as assigned.
- Ensure that all personal, team and business expenses are controlled and monitored against budgeted limits

-BS in pharmacy with no less than 2 years experience in pharmaceutical promotional field.
- Age: 29-34. (Male or Female)
- Fluent in English, Arabic & French.
- Good Communication Skills
