Job Description
Our client is a Dubai based Facilities Management company. They currently require a Facilities Engineer to join their FM operation.
The individual will be responsible for the management of a team of MEP technicians and supervisors overseeing the provision of maintenance to on site MEP systems. Candidates should have experience of managing planned and reactive maintenance to MEP systems. This is a challenging role and a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join an already established player within the Middle East FM market and one that continues to grow at a fast pace.
In return our client will pay an excellent base salary with additional benefits package including a performance related bonus scheme.
Skills
Facilities Management experience ideally with a contractor or service provider
Experience managing either a commercial or residential building(s)
Have managed large teams of people
Electrical or Mechanical degree qualified
Excellent customer focus and communication skills
The ability to present to high level management
