OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

This position will provide all-out support in implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 company wide in compliance to the international standards. The ideal candidate should have worked on Cost & Management Accountancy framework development and roll-out in major Companies, having both Project Management and Manufacturing Scope of Business. The objective is to have a brain in validating company’s Cost & Management Accountancy Framework and designing the ideal Architecture for AX-2012, that suits company’s line of business

A candidate with Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP implementation experience to lead and manage the implementation. This person will be responsible for planning, managing and controlling all implementation activities from project initiation through post cutover support. This includes overall project planning and day to day activities. This person will also be responsible for working closely with both business and IT during the implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES:

Job responsibilities
• Working on implementations and validation of Dynamics AX solutions
• Overview of the current system
• Travelling to company’s regional offices whenever needed
• Project Scoping and Estimation
• Fit-Gap Analysis
• Post-live Training and Support where required

Education & Certifications Required:
-A Bachelors or equivalent degree in Accounts i.e. ACCA, CA, ACMA & MBA (preferred) with majors in Finance and Accounts from an internationally recognized university
-Certifications in SCM and Financials modules, additional certifications will be a plus. Candidates holding PMP (Project Management Professional) OR AX Dynamics Certification will be preferred.
Mandatory Language Proficiency:
The candidate should be fluent in oral and written English.

Skills

Technical Skills Required
• Minimum 2-3 years in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009/2012 ERP implementation. Overall eight to twelve years of experience in implementation of different modules of Oracle, SAP, SharePoint and Axapta etc
• Cost and Management Accountancy framework development and validation experience
. Certification in AX programming will be a plus
. Proficient in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint
• Ability to analyze and recommend solutions to any technical difficulty in a timely manner.
