Job Description
Lead the multimedia development
• Lead the development, team including managing, mentoring and developing staff
• Set and manage performance targets for direct reports
• Interface with R&D, business development, sales & accounts functions within the company
• Implement the guiding development principles and standards in multimedia development
• Allocate the appropriate resources to tasks in coordination with the project manager
• Responsible for managing the team and ensures that the production is on time, schedule and budget
Skills
• Fluent In English and Arabic
• Good knowledge and have background and understanding of online multimedia dynamics in attracting organic traffic to the site
• Good knowledge in organizational, managerial, administrative and leadership skills.
•Good knowledge in communication, social and interpersonal skills.
