National Sales Manager - Frozen Division

Job Description

SALES TEAM MANAGEMENT

a) Managing and motivating Sales Team and directing them to achieve assigned goals.
b) Develop sales lead and pass to the sales team.
c) Activate New Customers and build relationship with major client (Key Customers) and to improve sales with existing customers.
d) Regular market visits to understand the market dynamics and provide feedback / information to the management.

COLD STORE MANAGEMENT

a) Responsible for Cold Store Operations and Management.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

a) 3+ years of Sales Management experience in selling frozen Sea Food and Meat Products in KSA

b) Proven track record of results and exceeding sales goals with a must-win attitude.
