Job Description
Monitor network performance actively with frequent reviewing of network traffic and reporting with anlaysis
Maintain inventory of network equipment, fiber optic, patch panel, Firewall, IDS, and related appliances with up-to-date documentation and network diagrams.
Configure, implement and provide ongoing support of network equipment, fiber optic patching, patch panel patching.
Develop and update network standards operation manual for daily operation and disaster recovery scenario for each area: Firewall / Internet line / WAN link to shareholders / all Network equipment / Fiber optic patching .
Skills
Degree / Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent
In-depth knowledge of Network Management
Around 3 years of Network & Security support
Analytical capabilities to approach problems and issues in a logical manner to achieve timely resolution.
