    Our client, is a leading community website offers classifieds and forums is currently seeking to recruit for an Online Sales Manager The objective of Sales Manager is to build sales revenues towards achieving individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis. These will be achieved through new business and account management activities, both on non-agency and agency sales. Selling advertising solutions to commercial advertisers in the UAE and across the MENA region. With a strong background in media sales (digital online is obviously an advantage) and motivated to enjoy fantastic financial rewards for great sales performances. The team you will be part of is fun, friendly and tight knit. Companies all over the region, big and small, are crying out to connect with you and find out how they can connect with their customers on the company ResponsibilitiesIn terms of non-agency sales you will be responsible to Identify and source sales leads in company's markets - through events, networking, competitor website monitoring, magazines and press Meet and pitch to potential advertisers using the portfolio of company's sales tools including power point sales presentation, media kit, Google Analytics and Effective Measure data Compose and present a compelling sales proposals to the clients' decision making teams and to their advertising agency if appropriate In terms of agency sales you will be responsible to constantly update through regular correspondence and meetings (formal and informal) the planning and buying teams within the agency who are directly or indirectly involved in shaping digital advertising campaigns for their clients Respond to agency briefs accurately and efficiently ensuring the strongest possible sales proposition is put forward. In general you will ensure weekly reports on new business meetings to the Group Sales Manager and Sales Director Work closely with other team members to share information about agencies, clients and the market collaborate on new business pitches where a fellow team member handles the agency, which is retained by the client Work with all company's employees when necessary including design team when submitting creative briefs for client campaigns mock-ups Work with traffic team to ensure smooth management of all advertising campaigns e.g. optimization

    Skills

    Skills and Competencies Minimum 2 years in media sales, digital online a big advantage Experience in developing and growing advertising agency accounts Experience in target driven new business sales environment Proven track record in exceeding sales targets Skillful sales negotiator and composer of written and oral sales arguments Understanding of the Middle East market A passion for all things digital!
