Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity for a self motivated manager who has the ability to effectively manage all operational including planning and scheduling to provide a "seamless" operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage the day-to-day activities and operations
- Effective management of all operational including planning and scheduling
- Creating the business plan, annual budgets and report periodically on the progress
- Localize, develop and implement the policy and procedure of the operating guidelines for products and services; and ensure compliance with Middle East Market
- Enabling delivery of quality and timely service to customers and assure customer satisfaction
- Developing and implementing the processes and reports aimed to achieve internal efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead, coordinate and approve service quality performance indicators and standards, and monitor performance and direct reporting process.
Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with GCC experience.
- Proven leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge in using office software and management tools
- Strong English communication skills
- Problem solving skills
