Job Description

Requirements:
3 years’ experience in Direct selling is preferred

Min 5 years total experience and minimum 3 years in managerial/ supervisory level

Self motivated, strategic planning, leadership skills, customer oriented.
Arabic Speaking, target oriented, team work player
Responsibilities:

Maintain daily, weekly and monthly customer service reports & sales targets
Achieve call center service levels
Achieve customer satisfaction
Web developments and regular updates
Works on all promotion material and maintain its accuracy and availability
Running events, exhibitions, sponsorship and promotions
To work closely with the senior management teams in crafting business plans and execute them
To formulate product development strategy and market penetration / expansion strategies aims fast sales growth
Leadership skills and capability of leading dynamic team
To represent the company as top ranking officials in all governmental agencies relationship management such as creating and sustaining a high level symbiotic working relation base on mutual respect.
Running daily operations, logistics, customer service
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly warehouse report
Ensure on time deliveries
