Job Description
Our Multi-National client specialise in Facilities & Energy management. Their Riyadh based FM division currently require a Operations Engineer to work within their commercial buildings.
This Operations Engineer will be responsible for organising technicians and ensuring the day to day operations are completed on time. The Operations Engineer will be client facing and responsible for preparing quotations, delivering reports and following up on contracts.

Skills
Electro-Mechanical Engineer Degree
Strong experience in facilities management
Experience cooling plant and HVAC
Experience in electricity, lighting, plumbing and general maintenance appreciated
Excellent written and spoken English
Knowledge of Microsoft office package
Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance software
Ability to produce technical reports analysis
