About the Job:

• Formulate action plans in line with departments overall business plans.
• Manage & supervise the Operational processes of different units under the Department
• Maintain high service level standards for the different services offered.
• Improve existing services through the introduction of new workflows.
• Guide departmental staff to ensure continuous resolution of problems and improvement of work processes.
• Coordinate with other departments within the organization to facilitate service improvements and to accommodate new projects/investments.
• Monitor performance of direct reports and guide them in managing their performance by providing appropriate feedback and interacting with HR to ensure development and implementation of the training & development plan for the department.

Education
