Other duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Controlling and coordinating with all the departments and ensure efficient and smooth operations.
To guarantee that vehicles for reservations will be available on a given time.
Organizing and controlling breakdown facilities and replacements.
Coordinating with insurance claims department and control utilization of vehicles and manpower.
In-charge for registration renewals for all vehicles & update in system.
Performing preventative maintenance on vehicles periodically, evaluating and coordinating repairs under warranty, and performing inspections on new vehicles.
Assisting maintenance department in monitoring all cars placed in external & internalworkshops to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of quality work.
Coordinating all activities related to mechanical repair and maintenance of fleet vehicles to provide mechanically sound vehicles for rental, sales and shuttling activities.
Ideal candidate will have at least secondary education with aervisory experience. Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills and computer literacy are vital. Strong ability to work independently as well as to understand and follow oral and written directions is essential. Vocational training in automotive industry will be an advantage.
