Job Description
Our client, a reputable in catering and nutrition company is currently seeking to recruit a Outlet Cafe Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi- Khalifa park city. Key Responsibilities Managing daily operations Assist in preparation of budget, sales, and marketing plans for the outlet Maintain departmental standard operating procedures manuals and ensures that all colleagues have working knowledge and follows them. Manages the level consistency and quality of table and or counter service of all menu items. Consistently monitors the quality of food and beverages served and service quality. Achieves sales and profit targets and enhances the margins through effective stock management and minimizing controllable costs. Monitors all aspects of food and beverage quality and hygiene. Conducts performance appraisals for employees in the outlet, regular team briefings and meetings, and ensures that all colleagues activities adhere to and support the restaurant quality standards. Health safety and hygiene regulations.

The following area is the focus part. 1. Packaging, portioning and storage of food2. Fit out and models (furniture, table, chair, clothing etc........)3. Recruitment and Training planning for the cafe staff4. Standard Operation Procedures manuals of Cafe5. Business planning and development6. Reporting methods and strategies to the management7. Budgeting and Forecasting Skills Strong administration and leadership with key attention to details, very hands on and approachable and strong financial awareness, Computer skills.We prefer UAE experienced smart Arab Western Lady candidate for this position.
