Job Description
Duties and responsibilities
• Screening telephone calls and handling appropriately enquiries and requests.
• Arranging travel / accommodation and be ready to travel with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and appointments
• Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring that the manager is well-prepared
• Taking dictations and minutes of meeting
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Manager
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments.
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
• Carrying out background research and presenting findings
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of Experience as a personal assistant
• Female Gender
• Ready to travel
• Languages required spoken and written fluently
o Arabic
o English
o French
