•Assist H.R Manager in day to day activities of Personnel department , and provide Solutions .
•Assist in managing daily administrative operations of a department including establishing work priorities, assists in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations of the department.
•Supervise Complete Labor office and Passport office Matters
•Supervise Gosi addition Deletion and Medical assistance
•Administer Gosi payments and Follow-up on Gosi claims.
•Monitor Changes in Gosi reference salary (once every year as per Gosi policy)
•Administer and Monitor New and Iqama Renewal Process
• Administer and Monitor Exit & Re-entry and Final Exit Process
•Monitor online transactions of Muqeem
•Follow up on complaints related to labor office/police department etc.
•Supervising Government relations representatives.
•Supervise Family and Visit visa Process
•Oversees, coordinates, maintains, and/or processes payroll time sheets, sick and annual leave documents, travel reimbursements, , and/ employment documents for employees, .
•Safeguard employee files and Passports
•Supervise Medical insurance, card issuing,deletion Medical facilities for employees and providing immediate solutions.
•Supervise Ticketing Process
•Coordination with Government departments such as Labor office, Passport Dept., and Isteqdam office, Ministry of interior, Ministry of Foreign Affairs etc.
•Responsible for obtaining work visas from ministry of foreign affairs and related issues such as renewal/changes etc. and Monitor visa usage
•Coordination with Saudi Embassies outside KSA as and when required.
•Complete all tasks related to HRDF
Excellent knowledge of computer applications (Ms-Office and Email software).
Usage of internet based applications.
Good knowledge of Saudi labor law and other bylaws applicable in KSA.
The candidate must be a Saudi National
Must be fluent in English and Arabic languages.
