Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences
Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
Effectively present and discuss the products of the company, soliciting only those desired products provided by the company and its suppliers, to current and prospective customers in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs
Responsible for staying abreast of product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems
Maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business
Provide pre-sales technical support to partner sales teams and ultimately customers
Identify differentiation factors that provide competitive edge for the company
Prepare for meetings and tailor communications to address business needs of potential clients
Provide feedback from the market to the Sales Manager regarding products including coordinating gaps between product functionality and market/customer demands.
Report all problems or issues affecting the pre-sales performance to the Sales Manager
Prepare competitor's product analysis and present to Senior Management
Negotiate purchase agreements with customers
Coordinate and facilitate various aspects of the closing process
Check, rectify and report any mismanagement, misunderstanding and mistake against company product and image

Valid Driver’s License.
