Job Description

• Product Management - Analyze market /competitors activities / products and prepare pro-active plan to achieve the category budget.
• Vendor Management - Negotiate target prices / promotion support from Vendors.
• Stock Management and Report - Will be responsible to maintain healthy product line as per the norms of the company.
• Marketing Activities - Execute & monitor effective marketing activities, and take pro-active measures to achieve the sales targets. Enhancing brand image by preparing marketing communication strategies and various POS material. Will also be responsible to maintain adequate POS from the vendors.
• Coordinate Sales activities - Coordinate with sales team to monitor sales region-wise and work together to provide recommendation on how to improve the sell-out. Provide other sales support such as product training and sales kit material.
• MIS Reports - Analyze the market trend, competitor and channel activities. Based on this, prepare and maintain comprehensive MIS report.

Skills

• Degree in Engineering Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / MBA in Business Management.
• Minimum 3 -5 years experience in the Consumer Electronics industry.
• At least 5 years experience in the business of air conditioners.
