The Product Research Analyst is part of the vital and dynamic team of Research and Strategy within Product Development Department. You shall support the team through data entry, survey development and implementation, competitor analysis and data modeling in order to better inform the entire Qatar Airways' product and service lifecycle.

You will provide support in data collection and analysis in different aspects starting with the product and service tendering prior the kick-off of projects. To track the performance of both Qatar Airways' and competitors product and services, you will develop a benchmarking tool. It's important to develop as well a mechanism for analysis of stakeholders' feedback on our product and services. We expect you to develop a variety of quantitative and qualitative methodologies to assess customer perceptions and expectations throughout Qatar Airways' product cycle. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional internal stakeholders; therefore your strong relationship building skills are essential for ongoing analysis and development of recommendations.

We are looking for vibrant, self-motivated applicants with a strong research and analytical focus. You must be detail driven with a focus on the bigger picture.

You will also hold a Bachelor's degree from a renowned university in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Statistics or Operations Research. A minimum of 2 years of job-related experience is required. Preferably with exposure to qualitative research methodologies. You must have impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English.
