Job Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsibility in planning the set up and startup of production facilities
• Management time schedule and budgets of production facilities
• Production planning for cleaning robot and further auxiliary instruments for solar field
• Manage production of Primary Reflectors
• All management responsibilities to ensure complete customer criteria of goods and services including:
o Organizational management responsibilities including:
 Recruitment of personnel
 Development of skills and productivity of the personnel
 Enforce the disciplinary code of the organization
o Operational management responsibilities including:
 On time
 The right quantities
 Higher than expected quality
o Manage of Technical aspects including
 Maintain the value of the assets
 Provide high availability of plant and equipment
o Minimize all safety, health, environmental and commercial risks for the company and its employees.
• Reporting to appropriate stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement of costs, quality and productivity of the Novatec Primary and secondary reflectors
• Coordinate logistics with appropriate stakeholders including:
o Procurement of materials
o Site construction of finished goods

• Comply with Project Risk Management, Quality Assurance and Health, Safety and Environment management systems, including country statutory obligations
• Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of non-conformities in processes or systems
• Identify, initiate, recommend and assist in the issue resolution process
• Verify and confirm the effective implementation of said solutions
• Promote a positive HSE culture in the workplace

Skills

Knowledge, Skill and Experience
Knowledge:
• Experience in metal working process an advantage
• Experience in Robotic and highly automated systems an advantage

Prior Work Experience:
15 Years
