Job Description
Coordinates with the mall tenant coordinator and gets the necessary approvals for site worksAssists in construction permits and launches construction work on site.Ensures Quality standards are implemented (site setting out - documentation).Receives quotes for minor works and takes appropriate action.Coordinates furniture installation and receives materials on site.Monitors storing and warehousing activities, as well as quantity take off from site for final account settlement.Approves payment and quantities’ verification, as well as ensures they are settled (final settlement and defect liability period).Oversees compilation and effective rectification of snagging lists and handovers completed jobs to the Operations departmentsGuides and monitors Foremen in their day-to-day work, as well as ensures safety and security of site.:
Skills
§ University degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.§ 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finishing and MEP works.§ Fluent in English.§ Proficient in MS Office, MS Project applications and AutoCAD. :
