Job Description
Education / Qualification
B.Sc. / B. Engineering / degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering. Membership of a Building Commissioning Association / Institution is highly desirable; LEED AP (LEED V 2.2 minimum) or BREEAM Gulf assessor or Qatar Sustainability Assessment System (QSAS) Assessor qualifications desirable.
Skills
Minimum of 7 years broad based experience in large building and civil infrastructure projects, covering the spectrum of design, installation, testing and commissioning of building services systems, particularly in the MENA region. Of the 7 years a minimum of 5 years commissioning experience on building services systems with recent experience of commissioning. Extensive Experience in whole building commissioning. Extensive experience in the operation and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, energy management control systems, security systems and the like. Detailed knowledge in building operation and maintenance and O&M training.
