Project Manager \ مدير مشروع

Job Description

Mandatory Profile Requirement : Shall have a Bachelor of Science in engineering from a recognized university. He shall have a minimum of fifteen (15) year experience in high quality finished buildings. In addition, he shall have a minimum of ten (10) year supervisory experience; at least five (5) years of which have been as a project manager, and pervious experience in the GCC. The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English.

Preference will be given to those candidates who have previous experience with Royal Commission Jubail & Yanbu.

* Follow and maintain the detailed planning and project execution (defined targets, defined work packages, setup task/ resource/ billing/ schedules, establish project organization and standards, define procedures for quality, change orders, issues, documentation, etc
* Participate into the selection of project team members, and manages project team (role definition, delegation of competencies/ responsibilities, object/ target agreement, working conditions, resource scheduling)
* Setup and maintain an effective communication structure between customer, project team, supplier/s/ contractors, partners, authorities etc. that promotes open communication, and create a objective target driven project culture

* المتابعة والحفاظ على التخطيط وتنفيذ المشاريع بالتفصيل (أهداف محددة، ومجموعات عمل محددة ، مهمة إعداد / موارد / الفواتير / الجداول، تنظيم المشروع والمعايير، وتحديد إجراءات الجودة وأوامر التغيير، والقضايا ، وثائق، الخ.
* المشاركة في اختيار أعضاء فريق المشروع ،و ادارة فريق المشروع (تعريف الدور، وتفويض الصلاحيات / المسؤوليات، وجوه / هدف الاتفاق، وظروف العمل، وجدولة الموارد)
* إعداد والحفاظ على التواصل الفعال بين هيكل العملاء ، وفريق المشروع، والموردون و المقاولين والشركاء والسلطات الخ.

Skills

1 - لديه خبرة سابقة في إدارة المشاريع.
2 - لديه خبرة في التخطيط.
3 - لديه الخبرة في تقييم و تسعير للمشاريع.
4 - لديه خبره في برامج الحاسب الآلي الخاصة في إدارة المشاريع.
