Our client, a worldwide event and exhibition services company is currently seeking to recruit Project Managers (3 Nos.) . You will be reporting directly to the General Manager Roles and Responsibilities Build and maintain relationship with internal and external clients to ensure successful and smooth delivery of production elements to all events Meet with the Clients to arrange and plan upcoming events to establish, confirm or revise their requirements Educate and advise clients and staff alike on the most appropriate design or approach to the design provision of technical and staging materials and schedule the necessary crew to best meet their presentation needs...and budget. Check and or delegate staff to do the installation prior to function commencement. Provide guidance to the event team as to scheduling and on-site practices to ensure we operate at the highest standards Attend weekly project management meeting to understand the future needs of the business. Maintain effective communication with the General Manager to ensure any issues or concerns are dealt with quickly Inform the appropriate people of any areas of concern so that problems with equipment, crew, or clients can be rectified in a timely manner Log all damage to property and take appropriate action to mitigate loss Develop processes to make the delivery run smoothly and increase efficiency and profitability of the business unit. Negotiate competitively against outside contractors quotes whilst maintaining the integrity of the original estimate Financials Develop, monitor and adhere to the company budgets. Maximize profitable revenue to achieve financial targets Control costs in relation to staff resources, consumables, equipment and repair and maintenance Administration Fulfill administration requirements specific to the role People Management Leadership (On-site) Act as a role model for team members Communicate the company's vision to the team and make the connection between the company's vision and the work of the team Seek out opportunities for operational improvements Motivate the team to achieve their objectives Monitor the morale of the team and take appropriate remedial action when required Ensure the staff are compliant with the company's dress code Self management Work to the Company's policies and processes and procedures Manage own work performance Participate in performance reviews Develop own capability for current and future roles Accept coaching and mentoring Cooperate with others to achieve the business outcomes

Support other Managers to meet their obligations under the OHandS Policy. Advise your manager if you believe you are unable to meet your obligations for OHandS due to time or resources restrictions.
