Job Description
* Main tasks will be to plan, direct and control the software project development activities like -
- Analysis / Design
- Development
- Testing / Support
- Code Review
- Production support / debugging
- Pre-sales support
* Ensure client satisfaction
* Should have very strong knowledge of basic system analysis and trouble shooting techniques
* Knowledge in formulating IT policies, processes and improve the development processes and implement the applications
* Have strong knowledge of business processes and domain knowledge
* IT Technology skills has to be very strong
* Should have handled various projects in banking sector
Skills
* Possess excellent Project Management skills
* Project Planning and Execution
* Good documentation knowledge is essential - like reviewing the document requirements, functional specifications and execute
* 10-12 years of experience in IT industry handling projects for banking sector
* Post graduate degree in Computer Science / Technology
* PMP certified professional
* Posses good communication, analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills
