Job Description

Executive Solutions is keen to appoint Project Manager to be located in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a Construction, Facilities Management and Service Provider company having a portfolio of both Building's and Infrastructure Projects.

The Project Manager is to manage, from commencement to completion, and control all construction related activities of the projects through implementation of related procedures and improving operational processes.

The main responsibilities include managing the overall performance of Projects, all construction and operations, handing over the project to the client on time as per the contractual terms, and maintaining direct liaison with the clients and project teams.

Skills

To be considered you must be a qualified Civil Engineer (ideally an MSc in Construction Management or Civil Engineering) with a minimum of 15 years experience and must be in a similar position within the construction industry currently. You will also have 5 years work experience within the Middle East.

You must have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Arabic, with an ability to liaise with a wide variety of staff and Clients at all levels.

You must be a computer literate in the essential MS software, i.e. Word, Excel. You must possess advanced leadership and team building skills Have Team building skills with excellent Negotiation skills.
