    Job Description

    JOB LOCATION EXPECTED MAINLY IN JEDDAH, COULD BE IN MADINA OR TAIEF
    1- Lead site staff in controlling overall Project Quality, Safety, Progress and Cost Objectives, as well as to ensure all Project Documentation are properly controlled.
    2- Communicate with Client Representative continuously regarding the Project Progress and areas of concern.
    3- Prepare monthly progress report to Client Representative.
    4- Prepare special report to investigate any problem related to the Scope of Work and recommend solutions.
    5- Attend Executive weekly meetings, (progress, Quality, Safety) and make sure that weekly technical meetings are attended by all relevant disciplines.
    6- In depth involvement in Contractor submittals addressing Method Statements, Project Quality Plan, Safety Plan, Schedules and compliance with Project objective.
    7- Lead site staff in reviewing Contractor submittals (shop drawings, materials, vendors and any other submittals), and in evaluation and response to all request for information.
    8- Review and monitor the Contractor’s construction equipment and manpower and advice of any shortage.
    9- Review Contractor’s monthly progress invoice.
    10- Lead site staff in final inspection and preparation of Punch List.
    11- Preparation of closeout report.

    Skills

    American or European University Graduate or Post Graduate. Major Civil Engineering. Twenty (20) years of experience in supervision of large housing projects. Member of Professional Syndicate/Organization.
    Previous Experience as a Project Manager for similar Projects of the value equal or above 500million SR.
    A post Graduate Certificate in Project Management is preferable along with previous experience in the Gulf
