Scope of Assignment - Project Manager - ERP
Applicants will be required to demonstrate significant success in the following areas:
ERP Planning
Management of specific planning activities associated with an Enterprise Resource Planning implementation for Human Resources, Finance and supply Chain Management services, activities may have included
•Working with business users / stakeholders to understand requirements
•Validation of HR & Finance requirements (RFI / RFQ / RFP)
•Carrying out gap analysis across the planned solution set
•Development of policies, procedures and standards
•Carrying out impact assessments on business users
•Defining the technology (e.g technical architecture, integration, configuration, etc.)
•Developing the strategies (e.g acceptance, training, communication, etc)
•Developing the test plans (assurance of quality of the deliverables)
•Delivery within a health environments (patient care provider)
ERP advice
•Providing advice and guidance on best practice and development of appropriate strategies
•Leveraging deep understanding of ERP industry to proactively identify and prioritize approaches to promote best value from the solutions being deployed
•Providing deep understanding of features both technical and functional associated with ERP solutions and / or services
Scope of Assignment
•Supervise all activities and associated deliverables ensuring appropriate control and execution.
•Ensure that Sidra’s Human Resource, Finance and Material Management departments stakeholders are engaged and contribute to the overall required direction and outcomes
•Carry out regular communications with individuals, and / r groups to ensure project progress is being related and monitored
•Provide the leadership within the project and the day to day interactions with the vendors
•Ensure that the overall Sidra IT integration Strategy maintain s a high profile within the HR and Finance projects
•Provide expert advice and input into other Sidra IM projects, including but not limited to Clinical information System, Prime Source Vendor
•Maintain a high level of collaboration and cooperation with colleagues within ERP Program and other Sidra IM initiatives
•Drive consistency and standardization, creating value through the adoption and adherence to Sidra’s IM PMP practices
•Contribute to and continuously evolve the implementation methodology being used as part of the ERP program
Essential Criteria
•Extensive experience of ERP systems (Human Resource, Finance and SCM) project full cycle implementation
•Experience of working within a healthcare provider
Desirable Criteria
Experience in implementing Lawson ERP solution
Extensive knowledge of the ERP business process, practices and policies within a major healthcare provider
Skills
Full Cycle ERP Implementation of All Tracks
Lawson ERP Implementation in Clinical Environment
Education
Bachelor / Master Degree - Any Discipline
