Job Description
Th Role:
Manage the development of operational methodology and storage solutions for new Alshaya Distribution Centres. Project manage the development of solutions with key material handling and storage solution suppliers, leads the tendering process, project manages the Implementation phase and assists in operational roll out.
The Responsibilities:
Responsible for data analysis for operational and storage solution design
Develop data models at country and brand level that analyse product movement, storage levels, receipt and shipping information to facilitate the developmentof appropriate storage and operating methodology.
Liaise with IT, Distribution Operations and brand teams to coordinate key data transfers between the various systems to obtain necessary data.
Manage storage solution and operational design
Drive the development of appropriate physical operating solutionsWork with key suppliers through a design development process to determine recommended solutions.

Responsible for managing the tendering process
Project manage physical solution, build, and Implementation.
Skills
2-3 years Retail Supply Chain management experience in an enterprise noted for using 'best practice' supply chain processes
Project based experience of DC design and implementation of
sophisticated DC operation.
