    The Company

    The Business Year is a leading provider of business investment consultancy services and publisher of yearly information resources on national economies and business environments
    Our company has an immediate need for an experienced, motivated and friendly Project Assistant to work alongside our team in Abu Dhabi.

    The Role

    Duties include:

    • Organizing and booking meetings, assisting in business research, and liaising with your fellow team members.

    • Ad hoc administration including following up emails, managing the agenda

    • Sunday – Thursday, 9 – 5, $US800 p/m

    Your Profile

    The right person for this role will be punctual, reliable, friendly and willing to take on anything in a professional manner. You will be neatly presented, fitting easily into a team environment, have an excellent command of the English language with a courteous phone manner and sound interpersonal skills. You will also have good level of computer literacy. Being self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail and the desire to take on responsibility is a must.
