Property Consultant

Job Description

• Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts
• Conduct seminars and training sessions for sales agents to improve sales techniques.
• Prepare proposals for exclusive building leasing
• Responsible for Email correspondents and follow ups
• Prepare and assist client’s in their contracts, requirements, details and documents
• Held interview with clients to determine the kind of properties they are seeking as well as scheduling appointments for a site-visit, follow up clients requests meetings regarding details of the transactions
• Assist buyer and seller in obtaining pertinent information or services, such as finance, maintenance, repair, or obtaining an appraisal.
• Accompanies prospects to property sites, quotes purchase price, describes features, and discusses conditions of sale or terms of lease.
• Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options
• Handles general leasing inquiries
• Conduct farming of properties to sell, rent or lease
• Planning agenda and sales strategies
• Create a generate lists of properties for leasing, their location and description, and available sources of financing.
• Provide marketing research and follow up market rents
• Organize meeting with companies
• Performs related work as assigned

Skills

• 1-2 years minimum experience in Sales field, preferable in Real Estate
• Good communication skills
• Self motivated, creative and able to work under pressure
• Self started, hard worker and team player
• Basic knowledge in computer and internet skills
• Valid Qatar driving license
• Transferable visa only (with NOC)
