Job Description
• Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their rental requirements.
• Ensuring an effective working relationship with Landlords.
• Maintaining accurate records on properties, clients, and
landlords.
• Conducting communication with landlords, tenants and SPF colleagues in professional and courteous manners.
• Negotiate and conclude leases transactions.
• Prepare contracts and build positive tenant / landlord relationships from introduction to transfer and/or occupancy.
• Respect and follow RERA, Ejari and Land Department rules
and regulations.

Skills
• Minimum of 2 years Real estate experience in Leasing (UAE experience preferable)
• Dubai area specialist (preferable)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• RERA Certified
• Valid UAE driver license
• Own Car
• Computer proficient: Ms Office (Word & Outlook), Internet.
