Job Description
A multinational company in JAFZA is in urgent need of Female Purchasing Assistant. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO - Receive spare parts inquiries from the customers - Find reliable suppliers in Dubai and all over the world and get the most competitive prices possible - Proceed with thorough bid analysis - Negotiate prices, payment and delivery terms with suppliers prior to offer submission - Work in close collaboration with the concerned sales person in order to optimize mark-ups and sourcing - Make quotes and report to the concerned sales person
Skills
TO QUALIFY FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST - Be very dynamic, tenacious, autonomous, well-organized, rigorous and fast-learner - Have knowledge in local and international sourcing of spare parts - have very strong negotiation skills - Have 2 year experience in spare parts procurement or spare parts trading - Have knowledge of the industrial field - Have excellent English communication skills
