Job Description
· Prepares monthly report of QA/QC performance and highlight the issues in timely manner.
· Preparation, implementation and monitoring of project specific quality procedures and work instructions
· Review sub-contractor’s Quality Systems and quality performance
· Preparation, implementation, revision and monitoring Quality Control Plans (QCP/ITP)
· Ensure test data package are prepared for job close out
· Auditing - internal and external, and follow up of Corrective Actions.
· Daily planning of QA/QC activities and supervision of site QA/QC personnel
Skills
· Graduate Engineer in relevant discipline (Mechanical/ Electrical)
· IRCA registered Lead Assessor (IRCA means International Register of Certificated Auditors)
· Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in oil and gas facility construction; 2 years of which in ISO/TR 29001 / ISO 9000: 2008 compliant system.
· Good supervisory and communication skills
· Working knowledge with relevant international codes and standards for oil and gas industries.
