Develop, implement quality management procedures and systems, and ensure that all products manufactured by the company are free from any flaws and are of the highest quality.
Execute comprehensive quality plans to improve the quality of products, and perform testing methods to check the purity of a sample, responsible for informing concerned production section chef to enhance quality, and remain updated regarding latest food industry codes and specifications.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that the existing productions are satisfactory and following approved standards.
Determine and document any areas that may need improvement.
Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.
Ensure that all procedures within the production facilities conform to health and safety regulations.
Monitor products quality, and maintain testers activities.
Develop, and implement quality systems.
Maintain the company’s HAACP system.
Qualify and evaluate suppliers’ performance.
Plan, direct and coordinate numerous activities regarding application of quality control principles in the development of products.
Develop creative solutions and methods to improve productivity, working conditions, and efficiency level.
Updated rules and codes of conducts regarding specifications, standard norms and rules.
Direct workers towards carefully handling information and instructions.
Responsible for maintaining the quality of products.
Inspect and test products at various stages in the production process.
Establish testing procedures to determine products quality.
Set up and perform testing on finished products under a variety of conditions, and document test results.
After products have been fully tested, evaluate the data, and prepare summaries to show how the product might differ from existing standards of quality.
Recommend methods to minimize the amount of leftover raw material, which is thrown away after a finished product is produced.
Good leadership capabilities to lead projects to successful completion.
Knowledge of applicable software to conclude statistical data, and familiar with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management.
Effective communication and report writing skills, and excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from technical details.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in food production facilities.
- Bilingual Arabic and English prefered, below 30 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
