Job Description
1. Elaborate and update the Group Quality Management policy
2. Define the targeted Quality System / Organization for each Plants
3. Coordinate and follow-up the Quality System / Organization implementation with Plants Management
4. Coordinate and follow-up the periodic Quality reviews of each Plants, and the implementation of improvement action plans
5. Prepare and lead periodic Quality reviews with Inkript Industries Holding Management, and report the progress of Plants improvements action plans
6. Elaborate in coordination with Plants the Quality control strategy (products, WIP, raw materials, machines and toolings) based on a analysis of non conformity occurrences.
7. In coordination with Plants, define into details the steps of the process where to do quality control, and define the specification, methodology, protocols and means used for the control.
8. Follow up and audit of these quality controls
9. Deploy quality principles on Purchasing through the frame agreements built with IIH Raw Material Procurement Manager
