Provide friendly and efficient appointments and information for the clients about the trainers, the classes and the machines.
Promote the center services and packages.
Follow set procedures on posting charges, cashing checks, and refunds.
Solicits guest feedback via guest comment cards and acknowledges guest preferences for future visits.
Ensure good communication between reception and the relevant team members to ensure smooth operation of the center.
Skills
We are seeking to hire a receptionist/customer care with the following skills:
1-Pleasant and positive personality with excellent customer service skills.
2- Ability to multi-task and to learn about the fitness & health industry.
3- Excellent English communication skills.
4-Self-motivated and able to use initiative
5-Previous administration/customer service experience is a must.
