Job Description
Handle all incoming external/ internal phone calls and general inquiries
Welcome and guide visitors to the right person/ department, responsible for a tidy and attractive reception area
Responsible for fax and mailing activities
Accountable for clerical duties as assigned and function as a back up for secretaries
Responsible for stocks (office supplies etc.), couriers/ dispatches
Skills
Experience in a similar function
Good telephone voice and pleasant manner
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in local language and English
Open, friendly and alert personality
Good courtesy with common sense
