    Job Description

    >Upgrades the entire selection process; introduces new competencies and empowering employees to use the upgraded tools.

    >Plans for methods to measure the effectiveness of the sources of CV’s, time to cover each position, obstacles

    >Draws out analysis reports that indicate problematic areas to recruit, the value of certain positions in the market.

    >Receives requests from Managers and compares requested head count increase with the budgeted plan for each department.

    >Analyzes the position, duties, requirements, and behavioral competencies in association with the requesting manager.

    >Creates the requested selection process and coordinates with the Requesting manager and candidate.

    >Screens CVs from all sources to allocate the appropriate candidates.

    >Identifies employment resources such as advertisement and employment agencies. Updates the human resource database about the potential candidates.

    >Conducts interviews with the requesting manager and gives recommendation.

    >Upgrades and researches Selection Tools.

    >Reports on a weekly and monthly basis all recruitment activities.

    >Participates in other projects of value to recruitment.

    >Contacts recruitment agencies on local and regional levels to ensure adequate supply of foreign employees.

    >Coordinates with advertising agencies to publish the need to fill a certain vacancy.

    >Experience in designing Job Descriptions

    >Knowledge of recruitment, interviews and tests.

    >Patience.

    >Fluency in Arabic and English (preferable)

    >Computer literacy: MS windows applications (word processing, excel, spreadsheets…)

    >Experience in recruitment modern techniques (Job portal, Facebook...etc)

    >Candidate working in an international recruitment company in charge of head hunting high caliber candidates would be a right fit
