•Receive recruitment requests and job role clarifications from Deans and their authorized representatives.

•Coordinate with Purchase and BSF for arranging travel and stay of candidates, if required.
•Assist HR manager in Manpower planning
•Take the initiative of designing a complete recruitment plan ahead of Academic semester start
•Accurate planning to timely deliver specific projects
•In consultation with HR Manager, assessing the work force needs by providing required support
•Responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the University
•Efficient management of the database of candidates, applications and maintain an effective documentation system
•Ensure complete legal compliance in employment related matters and establish effective relationship with internal and external entities involved in recruitment
•In consultation with HR Manager, developing recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels and being responsible to implement these strategies.
•Meet with college/department heads to develop specific recruitment plans
•Provide information on University operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
•Provide initial screening of candidates to HR Manager containing relevant information such as work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
•Screen and refer qualified applicants to department manager for interviewing.
•Coordinate with other supporting units to arrange travel and lodging for applicants, if needed
•Conduct reference and background checks
•Draft and coordinate the posting of recruitment advertisements as per approved guidelines
•Efficiently manage the online recruitment system, Taleo to drive best desired outcomes in terms of recruitment lifecycle.
•Advise on best practices in recruitment and selection
•Close interaction with Government Relations Unit to make sure of smooth delivery of legal required documents
•Review recruitment materials and advertisements
•Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to organizational policy and communicate the same to staff
•Generates periodic and spontaneous (including real-time) reports as per specific requirements
Candidate must be located in UAE !
•Bachelors in any related discipline
•3-4 years of experience in recruitment
•Knowledge of human resources processes, procedures, and documentation
•PC literate with strong working knowledge of MS Office
•Ability to develop initiatives
•Understanding the business
