    Job Description

    - Manage and facilitate all aspects of the recruitment process (posting job advertisements, performing search/selection activities, evaluating the candidates, reference check process, etc.)
    - Establish recruitment system and process in the company
    - Train managers according to the recruitment tools
    - Networking with potential candidates/clients using various social media platforms
    - Manage the offer process (compensation, start date, etc.)
    - Coordinate recruitment initiatives such as recruitment career fairs, university/college partnerships, summer student programs

    Skills

    - University degree
    - Min 3 years of experience in Recruitment (in addition to the recruitment experience, Compensation & Benefits experience is an advantage)
    - Experience of working with multi-cultural employees
    - Team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills
    - Fluent English and Arabic
    - Good command of MS Office Applications
    - Flexible to travel different locations in South Iraq
