    Job Description

    REGIONAL BRAND MANAGEMENT:
    - Manages the Brand positioning/ brand image visibility and communication in the country for all MT brands: Bosch Blue, Bosch Green, Skil and CST/Berger by developing channel specific marketing strategies to reach sell out targets in country.
    - Price and profit management at ex work level as per set targets
    - Monitor competition prices, range and activities
    - Ensure competitiveness in the market in line with the business development objectives
    - Maintain Robert Bosch MT product range according to market development needs launching the relevant new products while providing selling argumentation to Country Sales Organization (CSO) sales force
    - Develop cross regional and customer specific sales promotions
    - Manages setting targets of permanent presence at the Point of Sales (POS) and monitors the POS presentation during his market visits
    - In charge of user events: fair and exhibitions
    - Responsible of the MT C-budget
    - All above liaising between the Sales Middle East Africa Team (SMA)-others region and the MT business unit
    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
    - Developing premium knowledge of Bosch MT by carrying regular trainings at CSO/Dealer/User levels
    - Specific emphasis on expanding the distribution of Bosch MT brands in the traditional trade and multiple channels jointly with the Country Sales Directors
    - Key professional management: using the power tools KPM structure he coordinates implementing MT within large users accounts
    - Co-ordinates the MT service concept implementation with ASA (service business unit) and the concerned CSO
    - Growth project: build up the distribution of CST/Berger by prospecting, selecting and appointing the right partners in country

    Skills

    Fluent in English & Arabic. French is a plus
    Communicative, excellence in Execution, analytical, systematic
    Computer literate
    Work Experience:
    Minimum 7 years of business experience, (cross functional team experience and experience in channel management are a plus).

    Education

    Graduate calibre in business administration, emphasis on marketing is a plus
